My name is Ron Pagon,I have been married for
almost 14 years and of the father of one son and
twin girls.I started this business with the
American dream and a hammer. I am a 1985
graduate of the West Geauga school system
and a 1989 graduate of Bowling Green State
University's College of Business Administration. I
gained valuable experience by working summers
with various local construction companies. I
quickly learned that customer service is as an
important skill as using a level and a hammer. I
knew I could provide a better siding and gutter
service.
Amrap has been twice recognized by Alside by
being awarded their Gold Star award for
excellence. I and my staff continue to strive for
excellence by staying on top of the newest
product innovations and attending manufacturer
sponsored seminars . Amrap employees will

The greatest challenge I have found in this
business is trying to explain why there can be
such a large difference in proposals for the same
project. I have found that the two major reasons
for the differences are product and quality. It is
time well spent in the beginning to cover your
expectation of your project so I can find the
product that best suits your needs. Secondly,
quality. The time and effort that will go into
prepping your project, completing your project
and following up on your project. I want and need
